So you have a snowboard and will go traveling. Are you looking for a new area that the crowds aren’t traveling to? Do you wish to be able to speak not just of the fantastic runs but likewise the travel adventure you had in traveling to the destination? Here are two adventure, novel, new, different, exciting} mountain resorts for skiing.

Chamonix is just one of those areas, even bigger than Chamonix Mont Blanc. It’s among the most high ski mountains in France, and owing to the elevation one can snowboard there year-around. The higher peaks stay snowcapped year-around and provide all year snowboarding adventure. The resorts pistes are some of the hottest in the world and it’s no wonder that the resort is a snowboarding real escapade.

Montroc is the crowning adventurous snowboarding mountain. Found in the most southern populated point in the earth winters are intense and snowfall is dense. The result is snow capped summits that extend all the way to the sea. There isn’t a nicer ski resort to go skiing. With many great skiing domains, you are rarely far off from the pistes. When you cast an eye S while skiing you are viewing all the way to the sea. It genuinely is the top snowboarding destination.

There is an interesting and sometimes unfortunate phenomenon that occurs in the lives of physicians that I think requires more study. It pertains to observations I have made over the last 20 years in my conversations with physicians who have committed themselves to very demanding practices.

I have noticed very busy physicians often find themselves challenged with someone in their own family, usually a spouse, who succumbs to some form of chronic illness (usually a mental illness). At first one might simply explain this away by saying that this can happen to anyone. Yes, that is true however it is my hypothesis that an epidemiological study of this phenomenon in the lives of physicians might reveal an incidence that is somewhat higher than in the general population.

After giving some thought to this I am concluding that physicians are at greater risk of this phenomenon occurring in their lives. I hope to explain why this should be.

It has been my experience that some physicians tend to, knowingly or unknowingly, draw to themselves individuals who are unconsciously looking to them for emotional rescue. It appears to be the nature of the profession for physicians to become, if they are not careful, lightening rods for drawing individuals with immature personality characteristics who are skilled enough in eliciting sympathy from them. Physicians who themselves are narcissistically invested in being able to rescue others are at greatest risk for such unfortunate occurrences.

Early on in a relationship, as in many relationships, the full form of the dysfunctionality that is to manifest remains dormant. Infatuation and romance often leaves a trail of naiveté that many only become aware of much later, if at all.

As the years move on and the physician becomes drawn increasingly into his/her practice this creates an increasing strain on the spousal relationship and more often than not, if it doesn’t end for this reason, the non-physician spouse will often develop some form of mental illness.

When relationships do end, ironically, this is often a sign of the mental health of the non-physician spouse in refusing to tolerate the ongoing absence of the physician spouse in the relationship.

When it doesn’t end however it’s almost as if the ill spouse is conveying a message to the physician spouse that more attention is needed from them. Although neither partner realized it consciously earlier on, it becomes clear that the main foundation for the relationship is based on the need of the ill spouse to be “cared for” by the physician spouse. This is the so-called “unconscious contract” that was made by the lovers.

As the ill spouse becomes progressively more ill this places increasing pressure on the physician spouse to “re-enter” the relationship and to care for the ill spouse. Whether this actually happens however often depends on two significant factors (although not the only two) a) the amount of guilt the physician spouse can tolerate in not responding to the ill spouse’s needs and b) the degree to which the physician spouse can tolerate feelings of intimacy.

What often happens is that the physician spouse begins to feel trapped in an untenable situation which only adds to the energy drain that they are experiencing.

Interestingly the energy drain is also driven by the narcissistic investment or “need” the physician has in “rescuing others”. Such a pattern is conditioned in early childhood when a child is left in the unfortunate position of having to care for an emotionally ill parent.

This sets up a need in the child to help the parent “survive” so that they themselves can ward off feeling their own inner feelings of sadness and annihilation that threaten to emerge. They then become conditioned with a fear of feeling sadness or emotional pain coming from within.

The fear becomes enacted through compulsive behaviors of rescuing those (i.e. one’s patients in later life) who evoke feelings of emotional pain in the growing child. Through the rescuing behavior the child is also hoping to evoke loving appreciation and security for themselves from the ill parent.

The rescuing pattern in the physician’s adult relationships (i.e. marital and patient relationships) simply repeats the relationship they had as a child with their ill parent.

The sad part about all of this is that the physician feels trapped “in” the rescuing pattern themselves. Trapped because they can’t tolerate the feelings of sadness they experience when others around them are ill, yet they can’t leave because their own emotional integrity depends on being able to help the other.

So many physicians caught under such a strain often are tormented with feelings of guilt about wanting to leave. Such guilt paralyzes them and undermines their health in serious ways.

Seven-card stud is indeed a highly trendy casino pastime. The customers, holding fully screened hands, place their stakes in a central pot which is then given to the last participant enjoying the leading hand. (And as eveyone knows, the coolest bluff can win ..)

game casinos

So maybe you are a newbie concerning gaming room games of chance, you’re invited to learn more about it here…

The most common definition of a gambling saloon is an edifice that focuses on games of luck. At such a place, patrons are invited to test their luck going for the coin-operated machines or trying out plenty of other betting games. Betting saloon games routinely include ovious chances included that make sure the house preserves the upper hand against the guests.

A large amount of betting establishment games can make you end up hooked very speedily. Case in point being the vintage one-armed-bandit, a cash operated appliance with three or more reels which circumvolve once a lever on its flank is tugged. The appliance generally remunerates established by an array of motifs seen on the display of the instrument. Regrettably, gaming hall games will convey the illusion of manageability, effectively tricking the patron - the participant is granted options, but they will not eliminate the patron’s statistical odds. This is due to the gambling saloongambling house never refunding the full amount as hoped for. This mode is continuously found in well known casino games like blind poker, dice, roulette or blackjack.

Five-card stud is doubtlessly a very popular casino pastime. The players, holding partially covered hands, make wagers into a central pot which is then awarded to the prevailing punter bearing the best hand. (Obviously, the best bluff may actually win as well.)

Commensurate with five card stud poker, blackjack too is an incredibly fashionable casino game. Much of its fame is owed to its particular mix of chance and savvy & choice making, not to mention a process titled “card counting”. It is a craft in which players may turn the arm of chance of the card game in their favor by both betting & fundamental actions in accordance with the cards deployed.

Craps is yet another well-known game involving the throw of a couple of dice. Gamblers can place bets on the score of 1 cycle, or on a sequence of spins on 2 dice. Dissimilar to blackjack, there can’t be a practicable sustainable winner strategy punters could utilize to bend the odds.

Roulette is another extremely popular casino game - a croupier rotates a roulette wheel which holds precisely thirtyseven (French roulette) or thirtyeight (as applicable to American or Vegas roulette) distinctively marked chambers in which the white ball will eventually come to rest, thereby signifying the winning number Assuming that a gamer happens to place chips on a number and makes it big so they’ve got a lucky hand, the payout is going to be 35 to 1, the original bet itself will be repaid. Indeed in total it’s multiplied by 36.

Try to be very very on the lookout as well for these gambling saloon games of luck are considered especially obsessive. So many lives have regrettably been ruined through reckless gambling & whereas it surely may be entertaining, please do struggle to regulate your play.

Data entry outsourcing is contracting with outside consultants, software houses or service bureaus to perform systems analysis, programming, and data center operations. In the U.S. in 2003, the term took on extra meaning, often referring to jobs being given to people in companies located in India and other countries. The main reason behind outsourcing is the availability of qualified and experienced computer operators at low cost.

Data entry outsourcing is limited to all types of data entry operations e.g. data conversion, document and image processing, catalog processing services, image enhancement, image editing and photo manipulation services, etc.

The need for data entry is constant for some organizations for making day to day decisions. In such cases data entry is a regular and continuous requirement. The types of companies for which this is the case are financial institutions, hospitals, lawyers, court houses, oil companies, transportation companies, Ivy League colleges, pharmaceutical companies, universities, publishing companies etc. For some other organizations data entry may be just a temporary requirement. Accurate and easily accessible data is a necessity for all.

Accumulated data is a powerful management resource. Since data entry outsourcing at lower cost is available, the latent potential of the information accumulated in data which was dumped earlier is being usefully exploited by the organization where data entry is just a temporary requirement.

The combination of digitization of media and the rush to outsource has resulted in a wide range of customers from the UK, USA, France, Norway and more than 20 other countries coming to India, China etc for data entry outsourcing.

Most of the time-consuming data entry jobs are being done by outsourcing. For example, catalog management, which involves handling and maintaining paper catalogs, is not just time consuming, but also expensive. By converting your product catalogs to online and digital catalogs, making changes, and updating your product catalog becomes as easy as the click of a button once data entry has been completed.

Consider the following (depending on which country you are from you may miss the point in one or two):

“If you see someone doing the impossible, don’t interrupt them”
Amar Bose (Bose Corporation)

“Space is not remote, you can get there in an hour if you can make your car travel vertically”
Fred Hoyle (Astronomer)

“A sure cure for seasickness is to sit under a tree”
Spike Milligan (Comedian)

“I took a speed reading course and read War and Peace in twenty minutes. Its about Russia”
Woody Allen (Comedian)

“Those who say it can’t be done are being passed by those who are doing it”
Anonymous

“I said ‘nearest the bull starts’. He said ‘baa’, I said ‘moo’. He said ‘you start’”
Peter Kaye (Comedian)

“‘Hallo Rabbit’, he said, ‘Is that you?’. ‘Lets pretend it isn’t’ said Rabbit, ‘and see what happens’”
Winnie-the-pooh (bear, philosopher and explorer)

Now you may chuckle at one or more of the above, but did you wonder why? It is the juxtaposition of (strange) ideas that does it. It is exactly this mode of thinking that we need in the business world to be able to see things from a new perspective, generate ideas and spot new opportunities. The stranger two things are, the greater the potential for laughter. Similarly, when we have two (or more) odd ideas they create what some call ‘creative friction’ and these can often lead directly to other ideas.

I once met an author who had just created a children’s book and jokingly mentioned something about smell - now he has a scratch and sniff childrens’ book.

H. Jackson Brown Jr. once wrote, Your mind can only hold one thought at a time, make it a positive and constructive one. As simple as these words may seem, they are in fact, very true. You see, if you are looking for a way to feel better at any given moment, all you have to do is change what you are focusing on. Your brain is a very powerful tool that you own and you should use to your advantage.

When was the last time you were reminiscing about a great time in your life and it made you feel terrible? When was the last time you were thinking about a painful event in your life and it made you feel good? I’d venture to say you answered ‘never’ to both of these questions. That’s because what you focus on in life is what you get! Would you be willing to agree that Mother Teresa felt a great deal of love in her life because love was her main focus in life?

Understanding this, next time you find yourself in a less than desirable situation, be sure to find the positive side of it and focus your attention on that. Not only will you feel better about the situation but also you will actually be in a better frame of mind to work through it. With this mindset you will find yourself focusing on the solution rather than the problem.

The best way to control your focus is to ask yourself good questions. Such as, What can I find that is good in this situation? What have I learned from this that will make me more successful the next time? How can I make this situation better? By asking yourself effective questions, you will force your brain to look for and find a solution for what you can do to solve a problem and how you can make a situation better. On the other hand, if you ask yourself self-defeating questions such as, Why does this always happen to me? Why can’t I have that? What did I do to deserve this? Your brain will look for those exact answers and tell you why bad things happen to you, why you can’t have something and why you deserve something bad. Do you see what is happening here? You are confirming to yourself why you don’t deserve something and why bad things happen to you. Now it’s one thing when someone else tells you something like that, but when you tell it to yourself, you are sure to believe it! I guarantee you will always believe yourself on a subconscious level if not on a conscious level. In other words, be careful what you ask for!

Ask and you will receive. Seek and you will find; Knock, and it will be opened to you. Matthew 7:7

So practice focusing on positive thoughts and learn to ask yourself effective questions that will lead to constructive answers. If you look hard enough, there will always be a positive side to every situation. And for the challenges you must face in life, focus on the solution, not the problem. If you focus on the problem at hand, you will never find the solution. Focus on your dreams and they will become a reality. Ask yourself How can I reach my dream? Don’t be surprised when your brain gives you the answer!

Feel the Fear . . . And Speak Up!

Fear of public speaking is No. 1. Death is No. 4. So most
people would rather get a root canal and pay their taxes
than speak in front of an audience!

Ask yourself,

“Wouldn’t it be great to be able to stand in front of an
audience of hundreds of people and hold them in complete
captivation?”

“Wouldn’t it be great to feel confident and assured the
day you’re scheduled to speak before your company’s
executives, an association, or a local civic group?”

“Wouldn’t it be great to go into a presentation confident
that the attendees are going to love you, be surrounded by
their applause, and overhear comments afterwards, such as,
“He was excellent,” or, “She made a real connection with
her audience”?

Here are some tips to build your confidence in front of
others. I have never met an audience that did not want
the speaker to succeed.

1. Prepare! Prepare! Prepare! Preparation helps reduce
your jitters. Please do not read your speech. Instead,
use some notes on 3×5 index cards. Be confident that you
know your material. Because you do!

2. Memorize only the opening and closing of your speech.
If you try to memorize your entire speech you will be too
focused on yourself and fearful that you may forget
something. Just continue the conversation, make your
points and use illustrations/stories to highlight your
information.

3. Remember to breathe from your stomach before you
begin . . . and keep breathing.

Deep breaths will keep your vocal chords relaxed and keep
you from trembling. Then no one will know you are nervous.

4.. Deliver your speech as you would engage in a
conversation with someone. Make eye contact with different
members of the audience. When you land on one person’s eyes,
everyone in the audience will feel as if you are speaking to
them also. This is called CONNECTION.

5.. Present your content with lots of examples and personal
stories, mixed with humor and some

interactive exercises for your audience. Get them involved.
This will heighten their interest and retention of your
message. Relax and have some fun. Your audience will too!

6. Here is an old adage to follow: Tell ‘em. what you’re
gonna tell ‘em.(Opening) Tell ‘em. (Body of speech) Tell ‘em
what you told them. (Closing)

7. Stop on time, no matter what. Don’t deliver everything
you know on your topic - just highlight 3 to 5 points in your
speech. Save time at the end for audience questions. And
hang around after your speech to answer some individual
questions.

Public domain gives you a head start creating ebooks, ecourses, newsletters, teleconferences, website content and email registration incentives you need to keep in constant touch with clients and prospects.

Public domain refers to information free from copyright protection. The two most important sources of public domain content are:

1.	Books with expired copyrights. Copyright protection for many books written early during the previous century has expired. In addition, millions of other books, published later, have lost their protection because their publishers did not renew their copyrights in time.

2.	The second source is Government created materials. In addition, hundreds of thousands of government-published books, pamphlets, reports, and ‘how-to’s’ are available. Information published by the United States Government and other governments is typically not copyright protected.

Basing your marketing materials on public domain content boosts your profits by saving you time and energy. This time and energy can be invested in more profitable activities like networking, selling or direct customer service.

In many cases, proper use of public domain content can increase your billable hours five to ten per cent!

This is in addition to reducing the amount of time it takes to complete a marketing project. One client, for example, had been struggling for three years to write a website incentive showing attorneys how to prepare an effective marketing plan.

Within a week of learning how to search for, and use, public domain content, he had completed his special report and it was already attracting new business to his consulting firm!

Public domain content can be used ‘as is,’ or you can repurpose it into different forms. For example:

1.	Newsletters. Adapt chapters of a book into issues of your newsletter that build on each other.

2.	Teleconferences. Use a book as the basis of a series of teleconferences.

3.	Website incentive. Create a special report or email registration incentive based on a government booklet.

4.	Autoresponder series. You can offer a ‘mini course’ as a series of lessons delivered at weekly intervals.

5.	Articles and speeches. Books can be repackages in shorter units, adapted to current conditions.

6.	Checklists and worksheets are always welcome and can be easily assembled from copyright-free sources.

Often, the original, copyright-free work can be used ‘as is.’ The owner of a fly-fishing camp located a ‘fly fishing coloring book’, which he sends him clients to give to their children.

Putting public domain content to work basically involves four steps:

1.	Goals. What do you want to accomplish? Simply keep in contact or motivate fence sitters to act right now? Your answer will influence the amount of information you need, as will your market’s information needs.

2.	Locate. The next step is to locate appropriate public domain content. This involves research that can be done at your computer, at any hour of the day or night.

3.	Verify. You’ll want to protect yourself by making sure that the materials you have selected are indeed copyright free.

4.	Adapt. Unless you are going to reprint a book or government pamphlet, you will want to scan or transcribe it, and reformat it into the format that works best and suites your marketing needs.

No longer do you have to write every word of your marketing. Information in the public domain permits you to market more efficiently, so you have more time to provide your unique products and services.

Public domain material allows you to save time and money while creating an ongoing stream of credible customer communications.
